Life always shows up according to how it is perceived.⁣
⁣
Who I am and how I feel, is always synonymous with my depth of being.⁣
⁣
When I change how I show up, the experiences I have in the world change.⁣
⁣
When I view my body (or anyone else’s) through the eyes of appreciation, with with reverence and a sense of welcoming, I always have a profoundly loving experience.⁣
⁣
Many people have been conditioned to not appreciate our human bodies, to not trust what we sense, nor to follow our aliveness.⁣
⁣
For me it is through creating art that I learn to listen deeply, I look with newfound eyes, it’s my spiritual practise to cultivate a way of seeing that forgives and honours all I am here to witness.⁣
⁣
I awaken a deepened sense of trust that allows me into the inner vestibule of being where life takes on a whole new meaning.⁣
⁣
With such eyes the world opens up, and so too the Divine feminine and all that she has to bring into the world. She is like a flower welcoming appreciation and love in ways that words fail.⁣
