Whatever my schedule is making the time to enjoy life without waiting for it has been paramount to my success.
This naturally looks different at different times. Though, one of the biggest shifts for me is getting out of my head and trusting beyond my comfort zones.
It’s that inevitable edge. This is where my creativity exists. That moment when I drop out a habitual mindset which culturally seems to be about forcing my way through life, instead as I embrace the bigger picture a free flow of energy is made available.
This is when I co-create with life. It’s when my creative juices really begin to flow. When every moment of my life becomes a creation of art. I see and live beauty. That is when I am in the flow.
Because in truth, there is no moment that isn’t lived as art. As I live in this way, it’s as though life is making love to me. That’s when life paints through me, through my connection to my breath and body. I’m wholly united to create something visionary.
This creative aliveness is what makes us human beings so remarkable and entirely beautiful if we but tune in to make ourselves available.
