Description

This painting of the Black Cockatoo is of an Australian endangered species. There is a large family of these beautiful birds that live on the land where I call home.

Each day their voices, remind me to reconnect to life. Black Cockatoo represent the natural expression of creativity, of life’s deepest wishes unfolding. The black of their feathers speak to me of the depths to which consciousness extends. The void from which possibilities are birthed, enabling transformation.
