Description
‘Dawning of a New Earth’ is an oil painting illustrated by artist Jhana Bowen for the book Rainbow Turtle Golden Dolphin published in 2017.
The artwork depicts a scene where humanity is shifting in consciousness. A dawning of a new way of relating to the earth is occurring.
A return to balance where life orientates around a sense of connection and communion with nature, where the poor are sees as equals and fed, where the economy is freed up so that emphasis can be placed around a collective spirit of compassion for community as opposed to competitiveness.
Two figures at the base of artwork can be seen with lines and circles emanating from them in a act of communion with the land to which a crowd meanders their way from the city aware that nature is vital to their health and wellbeing.
To the right of the image, due to the shift in humanity’s consciousness, the military are seen dismantling their weapons as a healing paradigm takes hold.
